Will my employer find out?
No — that’s the entire point of the legal & fiscal shield. Month 1 starts with a contract review and a conflict-of-interest opinion. We structure ownership and operations so your day job is never compromised.

What if I want to pause or stop after Month 1?
You can. The programme is built month-by-month. After Month 1 you hold a written legal opinion and a company term sheet — useful artefacts even if you decide not to proceed.

Do you sign an NDA before we start?
Yes. We sign an NDA on request before any substantive discussion. Confidentiality is the operating default of the studio.

What if the project does not work out?
We pre-screen ideas in the Strategic Session precisely to avoid that. If signals turn against the project mid-build, we surface it immediately and propose a controlled wind-down rather than burn capital.

Can I work on more than one idea at the same time?
Not inside Launchpad 90. One pilot per founder, per month, to keep execution focused. We can revisit a second venture once the first is handed over.

Who owns the company you set up for me?
You do. 100%. The corporate structure is yours from day one — we are operators, not shareholders.
